17 June 2026 Top Court of Australia asked to review Aboriginal Genocide decisions of the top court of the State of Victoria

Three separate applications filed in High Court of Australia seeking special leave to appeal against refusal of Victoria’s Court of Appeal to

1.  strike out the  “notice of contention” that there is no common law crime of genocide in Australia filed by Attorney-General of State of Victoria 4 June 2026– case M61/2026 17 June 2026

2.  grant the several preliminary applications filed by Uncle Robbie in 2025 and 2026– case M62/2026 17 June 2026– seeking to

(a) join as respondents

— Australia’s Attorney-General,

— the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court

— the Prime Minister of England

— the Secretary-General of the United Nations

— the Secretary-General of the ex-empire ‘british commonwealth of nations’

(b) get the panel of judges to visit Camp Sovereignty during the hearing

(c) allow spears, shields, clubs, boomerangs etc in court during the hearing

(d) appoint Distinguished Law Professor Dr Irene Watson as ‘amica curiae’

(e) disqualify the president of the Court of Appeal from the case

3.  stop the case proceeding in the Court of Appeal until High Court judgments in all the applications in 1 and 2 above– a ‘stay’ order– case M63/2026 17 June 2026
